DREAMY COOKIES FROM BLUEBIRD BAKERS

It’s not too surprising to find dreamy cookies at one of the many great bakeries around town, but to find them in a package at the grocery store? No way. Well,Bluebird Bakers say “yes way” because their phenomenal, better-than-homemade cookies are all stacked up nice and neat in a cellophane bag and waiting for you at most New Seasons and Zupan’s. That means you can pick up gourmet-bakery-worthy cookies as late as 10 p.m. We love every flavor we’ve tried. The Pecan Cranberry Oatmeal is soft, cinnamony and bursting with big chunks of toasted pecans and tender dried cranberries. The thick Chocolate Chunk with Sea Salt is a true contender for best chocolate chip cookie in town. And the rich, almost-black Deep Chocolate, with a luscious pool of salted caramel in the middle, is to-die-for with a cup of coffee.

No where on the planet can you find a cookie like the Pecan Cranberry Oatmeal. Not sure when but they are opening a bakery at 24th and Thurman. I am looking forward to going there and trying one fresh out of the oven.

    • Thank you, Robbie! We look forward to serving you that warm cookie. Our target for a soft opening at the new location is Feb 26th. C’mon by and see us and thanks so much for being a fan –

My husband works across the street from the new NW Thurman location. He brought 4 amazing looking gourmet cookies home last night for me to enjoy. He ended up eating 3.5 of them before I could get to them!! Going to have to stop by for my own taste!!
